BELVIDERE – The first of an undetermined number of public hearings on wind turbine setbacks has been held before the Boone County Zoning Board of Appeals.
After about an hour of testimony from an appraiser, board Chairman Norm Stimes said the hearings would continue until all questions and concerns had been heard.
Appraiser Michael McCann
